Canada's Top 100 Employer award, which Cameco has been recognized for over the past three consecutive years, looks at the human resource practices of more than 2,700 Canadian organizations.

For the third consecutive year, Cameco has been recognized as one of Canada's top 100 employers.

The award, presented by Mediacorp, looked at the human resource practices of more than 2,700 Canadian organizations.

Selection is based on eight criteria: physical workplace, atmosphere and workplace practices, benefits, communications, performance management and professional development. Charitable efforts and community involvement are also considered.

Cameco was one of only three mining companies and one of only five companies in Saskatchewan to make the latest Top 100 list. Cameco also made the lists for Saskatchewan's Top Employers, The Financial Post's Ten Best Companies to Work For, and Canada's Best Diversity Employers. All named Cameco as a leading corporation. Cameco also received a distinct award as a Top Employer for Canadians over 40.

These awards recognize the premium we put on our workforce.
