Engagement

Our five-pillar corporate social responsibility strategy is the foundation for building and sustaining relationships everywhere we operate, but particularly with Indigenous communities near our operations.
Five-pillar CSR strategy
- Workforce development
- Business development
- Community engagement
- Community investment
- Environmental stewardship
We work closely with local communities and their representatives, like the Athabasca Working Group and Northern Saskatchewan Environmental Quality Committee, two groups tasked with helping to bridge the gap between industry and the people affected by it.
Both of these groups help ensure uranium development in the region – home to one quarter of the world's uranium resources – is sensitive and responsive to the concerns, needs, and aspirations of northerners, while protecting the environment.
