Cameco Chair in Indigenous Health Named

After Cameco made a $1.5 million donation nearly a decade ago to the Royal University Hospital Foundation to start the process of creating this unique position in the College of Medicine at the University of Saskatchewan, a nation-wide search led to Dr. King coming to the province this fall.

The goal of the new position is to measurably improve health outcomes in northern and Indigenous Saskatchewan populations.
